Return and Refund Policy

At Custom Neon Creations, we are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the custom nature of our neon products, our return and refund policy is as follows:

  1. Custom Orders:

    • Due to the personalized craftsmanship of our neon signs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is created and delivered.
    • In the event that your custom product does not match the agreed-upon design or if there are issues with the functionality, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a resolution at info@neonleds.co.
  2. Damages and Issues:

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
    • In cases of damage during shipping, we will offer a replacement product at no additional cost to you. Contact us at info@neonleds.co.
  3. Non-Custom Items:

    • For non-customized products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
    • A refund will be processed on the original payment method once we receive the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be communicated to info@neonleds.co.
  4. Cancellations:

    • Order cancellations are only possible if production has not yet commenced. Typically, there is a small window after placing the order where a cancellation can be accepted. To inquire about a cancellation, email us at info@neonleds.co.
  5. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@neonleds.co.
